I've lost around 10 pounds in two months and it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. I cheat every week, but as long as I go back to salads at lunch and keeping track of my calories I lose weight. It's actually been quite easy and I even have a dessert of yogurt and fruit a few times a week. I do miss stuffing myself, but I also like that I can fit back into a few more clothes now.
