I feel more motivated to keep track of what I'm eating by writing in my journal. I did not do it every day this week, but even the days I did not write in my journal I was more aware of what I was suposed to be eating. Seeing that I have lost 2 lbs keeps me more motivated to write in my journal, and eat healthy.

That is so true, I try to do it the day before I go weigh in and I just can not remember everything that I have ate, so I try to do it everyday
