14.3 miles on bike to work this morning. Re-set my goal weight down 5 pounds to 195, since I arrived at original 200 lb goal pretty easily, and this new goal is only 4.5 pounds away, plus it's under 200, which is where I'd like to stay from here on out. If anyone has any success tips on maintaining weight once they've reached goal, please let me know.
<p>Today is apparently candy day - I'd better be careful!</p>
<p>Went to Thai Food with Mom, used 16 flex points.</p>

You are truly an inspiration! Biking that far to work is awesome. I am only 4 pounds from my goal, so I haven't had to try to maintain yet. But, if you keep biking like you are, you'll pass you new goal too. I don't think you will have any problem maintaining, as long as you don't get too relaxed with food and stuff. Good luck on your new goal, and great work so far!!!
