Felt good yesterday with a healthy and satisfying lunch, and minimal snacking. Slightly disappointed though this morning when my slight wieght loss had reversed. I guess it is just a small fluctuation, so trying to stay positive. I am starting the no eating in the evening challenge tomorrow - I have some trepidation, but am feeling more positive about realistically being able to achieve it - keeping up with quilting in the evening will help, then my hands won't be able to shove food in my mouth.
