Greetings Buddies!

I am slowly getting my butt in gear thanks to YOUR support.

Finally went to Whole Foods and got some more fresh vegetables and my favorite Fage yogurt. I am back to focusing on protein, water, and walking. I do OK if I keep the carbs to just oatmeal or sweet potatoes.

I am doing better than I was two weeks ago and hope tomorrow, May Day, will help with a fresh start.


Let's rock it together!

I am really noticing that too much grains is not really all that great for me. Which is something since I used to think they were so good for me. Carbs such a love/hate relationship!

I like Fage, I should pick some up, too. I've been on the cabbage soup diet for a week, so when I stopped at Whole Foods I got my favorite kale chips., dried apple chips and Theo dark chocolate (chocolate went in pantry, not me). I still want my fresh veggies! Just have plenty on hand. May Day is a perfect day for fresh starts! When I was young I picked flowers, put them in construction paper baskets, and quietly hung them on my neighbors door handles. Sending you a virtual May-Day bouquet to celebrate your getting your butt in gear....:o)
