I am doing a small experiment. I will not be journaling my food for a couple of days. I must learn to eat within my calories without having to write it down. Since I normally eat the same things every week,this shouldn't be difficult. I am still a little concerned about weekends... However, I've lost weight - even during my TOM! Whoa! I am too happy!

well done. i haven't been journaling daily either, thinking the same thing. i do love this site, though, because it has made me a lot more aware about the choices i do make. i was on the scale yesterday and i swear i thought i was seeing things. it wasn't until i got back on later in the day to see that yes, i lost a little more. so very happy.
