I haven't been tracking food, which is no good. But I have been (mostly) working out. Still a sucker for desserts and "bored eating"; so I need to work on that. But I'm also starting to get some definition in my arms and my abs from my workouts. Eventually, I'm hoping I can trade the arm jiggle for Serena Williams-style arms.
