Today feels like a good day for a jog/walk after work :-); on top of the 30 minutes I will walk at lunch time. I lost track of how much water I drank yesterday. I know I drank at least 8 glasses, but I think I actually drank 12 glasses for the whole day. No wonder I had a hard time drinking my water yesterday, lolololololol.

i get that way sometimes myself, but my chest starts to hurt.
