So, I've finally tracked my food for the last 2 weeks....everything! That alone is a giant step for me. In addition, I have been preparing my own meals too! I am feeling energized and healthy, if I can actually say so myself!

My approach to the next year's challenge is not as dismal as it once was. I am actually feeling excited about all of this...which is a great change of pace for once!
