I am following the diet pretty well. I need to really work on my water intake I am horrible at it. I am going to the gym after daycare today, since they are redoing my house with roof and siding new garage doors and gutters and all that. We had a storm at the end of May and now they are fixing it. Well anyway I want to work out and I usually do it during quiet time and well it wont be so quiet when they are pounding on my house. I do plan to do my big ball exercises and streeches during quiet time so at least I will have 20 min of exercises.
