Fast Food is going to be the end of me. How can something that taste so damn good be so damn bad for us? I didn't really have to much this weekend, but you can tell by the scale that it has played havoc with my weigh-ins! I've gone from 324 to 327.4 in no time flat. All in the name of Chinese take out! Another week of working hard at fighting the battle....wish me good luck!
