After an unsuccessful weight loss, I am following the intructions given by my doctor and nutritionist to eat between 1500 and 1700 calories. Doing the 1200 calories put my body into starvation mode and held on to the weight. With me being the size I am I have to eat.I am taking this one day at a time and losing it slowly, the same way I gained it. I know we all would love to lose it over night but reality is... we didn't gain it overnight. Good luck to everyone! If there is anyone with some helpful tips please share them with me as I will you.
