Pleased to see a little weight drop today. Also I am now over a week and a half without binging at night, or buying terrible treats when I go grocery shopping. Last night was the first time a real opportunity arose to buy some chocolate and chips when I was out by myself, and I was very tempted. But I didn't - and I felt pleased about resisting, and now I am rewarded with a sign that the wieght is heading in the right direction after my hard work for the last couple of weeks. :-)
