Yesterday, the weather was too cold to take the kids out to walk with me, but I did get in 0.4 miles at the grocery store. Today, the high is going to get up to 48 so no problem walking. Monday and Tuesday, high will be 37 but clear, so I can bundle up and get my walking in.
Bought some "Pinwheel" cookies for the kids because my Granny used to always get those particular cookies for a special treat when I would spend the night with her in her trailer - I wanted to share that bit of nostalgia with them. They have been a temptation. Jack didn't finish his cookie, so I ate (and logged) 1/4 of a cookie on Friday and gave the rest of it to my grand daughter so I wouldn't eat any more. I put them in the very back of a refrigerator drawer so they wouldn't be in my line of sight in the pantry.
Praise the Lord for a more significant drop this morning! I'd like to lose another half pound tomorrow morning for final Challenge weigh-in. Two pounds a week will be excellent progress toward reaching my goal by Cruise time! I'd like a little time to be able to be on maintenance before we set sail!
