Hard to believe, but I made the 6-pound goal for completing 4 weeks of the Christmas Challenge. I guess upping my walk distances have been able to move me from 1-pound losses each week to the 1.5-pound losses needed for the Challenge. Hope I can keep this up.

Thanks Keli. One worry I have is that if it takes me this much work/energy/exercise to drop 1-1.5 pounds per week at this weight, my gosh, what is it going to take for me to continue to lose at lighter weights? Hopefully, I'm adding a bit of muscle that will help burn more calories, even as I lose, but it's kinda scary thinking of what I'll need to do as I get lighter. Like Scarlett O'Hara, I just can't think about that today.

I know what you mean, Sandy! It seems like I am working harder and harder, and losing less and less!! Frustrating

I hear you, Stef. I went out in the drizzle this AM to do 3.1 miles walking just because I didn't do it yesterday and I was scared of what would happen if I didn't! By the time I weigh 170 (or sooner), I'll have to walk to MO and back each day just to maintain! LOL!
