Today is week 5, round 2, day 1. did core syn. tried to put alittle of into it, squeezed alittle more and used my 5lbs as much as I could,only had to switch to 3lb once and it felt too easy. As always didn't entirely stay on plan over the weekend, but don't feel like i did terrible either. did my workouts though, END of month one- am down 6lbs and a couple inches. lost .5%body fat.feeling pretty good about that.
