MIDDLE OF DAY


Today started with so much stress, but as day went on it improved. The Evening Echo did a full spread on Konrads birthday, and we all looked good in it. Very proud of him, as he did a fundraiser for Alzheimers Society of Ireland, I've been busy answering the phone, everyone after seeing it.

Both Konrad and Kraig got accepted for their college course, Konrad doing Theatre and Production and Kraig Art Craft and Design, So thats another stress over. Now a new stress beging, money for it :lol: :lol:

My own Course, still no news but girl from class got email saying there is a delay till end of week. So fingers x everyone for me.

FOOD INTAKE BEEN BRILLANT

(very late breakfast, after studying for 3 hours)
Decided I needed more protein, so had warm chicken salad with some sunflower seeds, and 1 small reheated potatoe.

Had pint glass of very watered down blackcurrant cordial,

Dinner. Chicken, sunflower seeds, 2 spoons chickpeas, tomatoe, and 1 small slice of homemade type seeded bread,

Feel so much better in myself even with the worry of my exam

START OF DAY


Today is just stress, stress and more stress. My eaxms have been changed, the one Marketing, which i cant seem to focus on is first and Management is on in the afternoon on wednesday. I'm terrified, I've never ever been so stressed about an exam,

Until today I never believed your body weight changes with stress, but I'm up 2 lb on scales, which is impossible, as I did not over eat.
I'm off to college now to try study more. I begining to believe too much information leads to overload and blockage. Top of that stress 3 of my lads have college interviews today and tomorrow and of course looking for this and that. Doing my head in.

THATS MY MOAN OVER

I'm going to stay focus. I'm going to have a Warm Chicken Salad and a baked pop before I go in. Also bring a Slimfast bar with me as I have to also go shopping for Kory (son 8) school books.

My last exam is on Monay next, cant wait to be able to tidy books away.

Hey, buddy! It seems like life is just one stress after another, and you're right, it does show up on the scale. Keep eating and exercising and the results will show up. Best of luck in your studies. I went back to college when I was 40. Was way harder than in the 20's.

So agree with you. I had to give up school at 14 to help my mum rear my brother, He was change of life baby, she had heart attack at the birth. I hated leaving school and teachers tried everything to keep me there. So when I eventually managed to get to college 4 years ago it was scary but exciting. I did not even know how to turn on a computer, so that is why getting my Batchlors is so important. Ah well. things have a way of working out. Hope all is going well for you to, Thank you for the encouraging words Carmel
