I'm afraid to weigh in today, I literally feel heavier. I had a bad weekend. Thanks to my wife, she fed me like baby pig. As evident on my diet calendar. What I need to be careful of is drinking so much juices. Funny how fruit juices pack so much calories. I wish I would lose the taste for juice and drink only water.
