568 calories. A typical day when I work with 2 snacks and a lunch. Leaves me about 900 calories for dinner if I want.

Nope. This has what always has worked for me. I don't limit myself to anything, just reduce calories. I remained steady for 10 years, maybe plus or minus 5 lbs, but last year I met Craft Beer... We have an ongoing love affair. I have swore her off for at least 3 months tho lol
