Well all has been going well untill I did not lose for two weeks on a 1000 calories a day. So I decided I needed to add some more exercise, which I did. Now I walk at least 2 miles a day at about 3 mph and that got me over the hump. I am now losing again...yipee-skipp!

187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
