crabby Kat's Journal, 25 April 2013

Okay, I don't hate the Cabbage Soup Diet this morning! My partner watched me weigh, frowned, & said that I do NOT need to go out and buy smaller sized clothes. I just laughed, thinking about a few things that are a bit snug that might fit better now, and knowing that I like eating too much to maintain a weight that's much lower than I have been.

Love the new avatar! You look like you are having a great time. So have you uploaded your cabbage soup recipe to your cookbook? I will have to check it out. Hope your day is healthy and happy!

Yes, I entered the cabbage soup recipe in my cookbook, changing it when I changed the recipe some. Bella, no kidding on the cabbage stocks; this is spreading like wildfire (do Not light a match, lol), all my Zumba buddies want the recipe & diet plan. Anyone else who might want to give it a go, google cabbage soup diet & choose the site run by Catherine. I'm just saying, if you're pretty active, add a little lean protein to properly fuel your engine. It may not be as detox-worthy, but adding a little protein gave me more energy & my muscles felt better.

Your a trend setter by golly. MSN said 'chia seeds' would be THE food of 2013 (replacing Kale from 2012). You are going to make it 'cabbage' before the end of the year :-)

Ha ha! It started with my partner's daughter in CA, so you can't blame the extra methane production on me!
