DAY 3 (late afternoon) This is tougher than I thought it would be. Woke up this morning feeling rundown. My wife wanted to go grocery shopping at Walmart so I had to watch her pick up and examine all kinds of food while she decided what she wanted. Then she wanted lunch: I sat and watched her scarf down a Hardees 2 for $5 deal. She had a Roast Beef and a Hot Ham & Cheese with fries and a chocolate milkshake. When we got home, we put the groceries away and I suddenly got a craving for one of those big juicy ballpark franks like you get at truck stops with chili and cheese. So I went for a walk for about 1/2 an hour till it past. Managed to stay strong regardless of the obstacles.
