It may be that your RDI is set far too low. I would expect it to be about 1700 calories. While you might gain initially with an increased RDI, the weight loss will improve in a few days. I would reset your RDI, and increase your activity level. I would also incorporate more protein (100g+) and less carbs into your diet. That's how I broke through my last plateau.

Ahh turns out my scale was broken... I just got on the wii and it tells me I did lose weight. :P

Great! But your RDI is still too low. You'll lose a lot faster if you recalculate it, and follow a more normal RDI. I'm telling you, you're probably around 1700, as I am about the same weight, and that's what the calculator gave me for an RDI.
