kids are ill so i have to miss gym and wxercise classes today and tomorrow before weigh friday hoping if i can be extra good and stick to meal plan i will still lose wight this week

Oh dear, the only thing worse than the kids being ill would be a guy with “man flu!!!” ( sniffles 😆) hope they are better soon and you don’t catch it 👍
