So I was down 3.2 lbs yesterday. FINALLY. This has been a difficult thing for me to kickstart, so 5 days 3.2 lbs might be the kick start I'm looking for.

Hang in there. I know your frustration. Just keep doing the right thing and eventually it is bound to go down again. I have been pretty much stuck for months and I am weary but I am not giving in.....

It'll start coming off in chunks. It's like a light switch. Once you begin eating the right stuff at the right time, your metabolism starts cranking. Keep up the good work. Z
