Doing well on this diet challedge. I have been fasting three days a week every week I eat 4 days and fast the other three. So far my A1C's have come down to almost normal. Very close, readings of 119, 121, 124 today. The combo doing the fasting and the dieting seems to be working well. Very excited at the results so far.
