I think I chose the wrong week to quit smoking. Leaving one job this week and starting another next week, along with all the other things that normally stress me out have not proven helpful in the fight to quit smoking. After doing really well since the 22nd, last night I ate a ton of Mexican food, drank a couple of glasses of wine, and found two cigarettes in an old pack and smoked them one after the other like there was no tomorrow. What a stink, and this morning I felt like crap. I dutifully got up, chugged some juice then some water, brushed my teeth and went walking with my neighbor. Back on the wagon...just because I fell off last night doesn't mean I can't get back on today.
