Morning! I'm back to the FS! :D and back to the plan! I've been gone for a few days, so much activity!.. It's been a long weekend. Friday started the Twins 5th Bday celebration. We went hiking in Solstice Canyon in Malibu. Saturday they had 2 birthday parties to attend one was at the park and the other was an actual Street Block Party - so the DIET went straight to the mud!! :( Sunday we had the Twins Birthday party so there was alot of celebrating going on and a lot of FOOD! Yes, I endulged, overate, enjoyed, and stuffed myself with good food and cake! With all that being said...WE had a great time, a full weekend and I don't want an invite for another party for a while! lol lol lol.. 3 parties in one weekend is a bit much! heheeee. Today I am back with a 5 pound increase which was expected and I know exactly what I have to do to get it back under control! So no crying and being upset about the increase, just back to the GRIND! I'm Back!!
