we had potluck at church last night,and it seemed like EVERYBODY brought a casserole of some sort.so...i have absolutely no idea what i ate last night for my supper! i did keep my portions small,however,and drank water like a good girl-and the sweet tea was very tempting. hopefully i wasn't that bad... i also did not get to walk last night,but andy told me i needed a break for the night anyway.plus we had some VERY MUCH NEEDED !RAIN! come through today,(we're farmers),so it has cooled down some-looking forward to my walk tonight for once!!!
