I just did about 2/3 of a workout. Amazing how much momentum you lose when you gain some of those pounds back. All the more reason to stay on track. Could have done better, but also could have not done it at all, so i give my self credit for that. I will go eat dinner now and the plan is to get up in the morning and go for a walk.
