Hit two major goals this weekend. First one actually happened on Friday when I reached 183lbs. That is the lowest weight I had been in 15 years. Then, yesterday, I weighed in at 180lbs and was able to get into a size 10 jeans! Time to go shopping (hubby isn't too happy about that) :) Since I started Atkins, three weeks ago, I have lost 13lbs. I think it's finally time to incorporate exercise back into my routine.
