Not really much to report. The same old same old really. Joined a couple groups on here and one of the challenges so maybe that will help me get my butt back in gear. The hardest part for me is to find time to exercise. My husband is working during the day so really the only time I have to do some actually, heart pumping exercise is when my son naps. I need to have a shower too so that cuts that down to 30 mins to exercise.

30 minutes of aerobic exercise is all you need! And if you want "more", I'm sure you could fit some sit ups or some hand weights for a few minutes here and there throughout the day while your son is occupied. There are even "baby" exercises I've seen where you use your baby/toddler as the "weight" and the kids love the extra attention and fun "rides". Maybe search the net or something. You can do it!

we went for a walk this morning before it got too hot for him. He fell asleep by then end of the walk.
