I have had one virus after another since December but at last feel like I am getting over it all. I have been really lax with dieting and exercising because I have felt really sorry for myself but of course it has had the inevitable consequence of me gaining even more weight :-( I really need to take control and get my act together because I am the only one who can shift this weight and start to feel happy about how I look rather than trying to hide away Monday is a new beginning and a new me (hopefully)
