it's almost two in the morning & i can't sleep :/ i slept from three in the morning yesterday to 2pm.... i thought exercise was supposed to help with sleep!?

anyways, weigh in later. i found a $25 visa gift card so i'm going to buy some veggies, tofu, etc. & stop eating eggs! high cholesterol runs in my family, & eggs may have protein & b-vitamins, but they also have saturated fat & dietary cholesterol, which worries me. :( darn them for being so yummy though... & then i'm going to see Vampires Suck with a friend, so i need to get my exercise in early today!

speaking of, i did my first workout on the strength machines today! (idk what they're actually called, they're machines with weights that target specific muscle groups lol) it took a lot longer than it should have, but it was my first time. & my gym has a smoothie bar that i've been meaning to try, & i finally got the chance today! i got a 20oz Pineapple Cobana, a mix of pineapple, coconut milk, & i think banana, with a scoop of soy protein. delicious! i can't get these every time because they're expensive, & because often i've already used up too many calories to splurge on one, even if it IS healthy.

anywho, enough of me running my mouth(fingers?!). i'm going to go read until i fall asleep. more later after my workout/weigh in!
