Second day back @ work.
Had an absolute fabulous time over X-mas. Laughed a lot, cooked a lot, enjoyed every moment.
Come the 1st of Jan I realised I hadn't exercised for 16 whole days ( fat knee/ cold/visitors) and my back was feeling it. First I hopped on the crosser for 30 minutes. And it kicked my behind LOL. Next day 40 minutes of a mixture of Barbell, TRX and Kettle bell, day of rest and then another as before just slightly heavier weights. Would have loved to workout yesterday but I was so tired. Not sure why my man has taken to extreme snoring but it certainly doesn't help me sleep. Last night I was in bed by 9 and had a wonderful snooze. So I am rearing to go again today :)
