WI Mommy's Journal, 04 August 2008

Okay week. Worked out twice this weekend but am always so much more hungry on the day's I work out. We had very little food in the house so it was hard to find healthy selections. Went grocery shopping last night; will do better this week!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
