Selina's Journal, 16 October 2007

I am back from my vacation. My scale shows and increase (159), but I will not go to the official weigh in until Friday. Maybe the next few days I can get back on track. Did not even record what I ate. I think once my bars are depleted from the bulk I purchased I will try to do the plan on my own. I am happy as long as I am under 160 lbs. I just need to learn to maintain that. Need to figure out a way to exercise for cheap as the weather is now too chilly for me to walk outside. Anyways, everyone seems to be doing relatively well. I don't see too many arrows pointing the wrong directions. Keep it up everyone. Weight loss will be a lifelong challenge and it is good knowing we have people to share this challenge with.

I drank lots of lemon water yesterday. It seems to have helped. Also kept all my food choices very light. You can do it!!!

Welcome back! I hope you had a great anniversary trip! It's not too hard to get back in the swing of things after vacation, especially when you know you've really let yourself have fun and eat whatever you want for a whole week. It's almost comforting to get back to normal.
