school holidays are bad, got all the kids & their friends over every day & although im not over eating i not eating as best i should at times... had a few parties to go to etc... put it this way after my sons party at hjs i will not be eating junk food for a while lol.... however ive been expecting my weight to go way up however its only gone up a little
