I have a journal at home as well that I jot down all of what I ate, the weight I am, and what gym or activities I have done for the day. I have been doing it since like June of this year. Since then, I have only skipped 10 days in it. LOL that is great for me, since I have a problem with routine... I find it helpful to know what I did in the gym so that I can do a different routine the next day.
