Alright so worked out for a bit and made my own turkey vegetable soup. The calorie counter comes off higher than what I made
I made the broth from leeks... calculates everything and it only comes out to 131 calories per serving. It’s awesome. I had NO OIL added whatsoever. I’m so proud of myself
I wish I could add jalapeño to everything. Gosh do I love them

Great work! Soups are so good and low in calories. Don’t worry about the counters being high. I usually shoot high on my counts to make sure I’m not going over what I want to eat. At the end of the day, the calorie deficit is what it is and weight responds accordingly.
