Same weight to report this morning. I need to get my rear in gear this week. I've been slacking with the eating a lot. My belly is feeling not too flat right now! We went on vacation camping all last week and I managed to not gain. I ate too much and had ice cream most every night, however I intentionally was very active to offset it.
This morning we register the kids at school, then I will head to the gym for a good workout. I am committing to counting points for at least the next 3 days. I feel I can commit to smaller amts. of time like that.
