It's crazy I had 3 spike days this past weekend because of my birthday and I still lost a pound. Woot woot!
207.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i might have to check out ur blogs more often to get a full understanding b/c i keep hearing about it but i'm not getting it..lol..

That's great :) I know you are dressed for The Sound of Music there but you look like the All American boy in your avatar :) I know you spike calories one day a week but what do you think about carb cycling? Do you think it is a negative thing to do? I was thinking about this today, wondering if it matters healthwise and weight loss wise eating few carbs and being in ketosis and then eating enough carbs in a day that your body switches back to burning glycogen (if upping carbs one day will do that) and then the very next day eating few carbs again and going back to burning fats.
