I am so close to my goal weight but just can not seem to get there.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Going to bed so I will not eat. I am starved. I have Mallo cup sitting in the freezer for a low moment and I am just about there. Maybe tomorrow I will get up tomorrow and have dropped a pound.
