Another good day. I enjoyed my snacks. If you like fresh tomatoes or any vegetable for that matter, I highly recommend getting the McCormick veggie seasoning garlic and onion flavor. It's delicious on fresh sliced tomatoes, steamed veggies of any kind, and very yummy on potato wedges or fries. I walked a little further today. When I first started, I didn't think I was going to be able to go one lap because my shins where hurting so bad, but I pushed past it and after a while they loosened up and I felt great again. I love the setting at the park and I love listening to pandora on my cell phone. Now I'm ready for bed. One more night of shift work and then two days off. These days have always been a challenge for me because I have all this unprotected time at home and a little boredom since I have to watch my 3 kids and not go out. Days off have been my downfall in the past. But not this time!
