Up 300 gr today but that's OK when it's not a fast day. I'm getting used to this pattern of fluctuations as long as they're not too big.

Made a delicious spread last night from peas, artichoke hearts, garlic, mint, olive oil and lemon juice. Super healthy and low calorie, next time I'll probably add a spoonful of yogurt so it binds together better. It was lovely on very thin toast topped with pieces of grilled halloumi cheese.

Edit - mid-afternoon I'm feeling bloated and "gassy" - could it be the peas & mint? lol
