Today, like all days, I feel totally worthless and HUGE! I chose the color blue, because that's how I feel about being a size 18. I chose font size 8 because that's the size I'd like to be. And finally, I have bolded my words because that's the attitude I need to do this. I have crash dieted for the last time!!!! Hello size 8, goodbye 18!!! Here I come bikini!

It makes me so sad when someone says they feel worthless. I admire your attitude and enthusiasm to make this journey in a healthier way (no more crash diets). Just remember, you are a valuable person with a lot to offer RIGHT NOW! Yes, you can work on being in better health, but the value is in you all the time! That's how I feel, anyway. I hope you can, too.
