Woke at 231.2, up 2.6 from yesterday. I ate more than the 1400 calories recorded. Got into serious snacking on Christmas goodies later in the day. Will try to log that today. I can see some FMD coming between Christmas and New Years! UPDATE: Weighed 233.8 after a huge day of eating.
