Dead on 56 kg today, a drop of 1kg since yesterday. I stuck to the fast day very well and went to bed really early to try and catch up after the weekend. Feeling great today.
123.5 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1708 kcal Fat: 63.65g | Prot: 59.73g | Carb: 241.70g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Lowfat Granola, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat) , Cinnamon , Bananas , Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Honey , Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) . Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel) , Whole Wheat Bread, Granny Smith Apples, Pesto, Light or Lite Cream Cheese. Dinner: Shepherds of Cyprus Halloumi Cheese, Cooked Artichoke, Toasted White Bread , Olive Oil , Soft Wholemeal Bread, Green Peas (Frozen). Snacks/Other: Magnum Mini, Pears. more...
