Woke at 227.4, up .6 from yesterday. Looks like the typical "day two" of continued water gain after overeating. Started with protein coffee and will fast until dinner. UPDATE: I caved at 1 pm and made an omelet with pepper jack cream cheese inside. I also ate half an ounce of smoked Gouda. UPDATE: Down to 226.6 at 5 pm, which was pretty good considering I ate the omelet.
