Tried some Tae Bo yesterday and lets just say that I don't think I'm quite ready for that yet. Some of the exercises I couldn't do because my fat gut got in the way. lol So I realized that I have this wonderful walking trail through the Rutherford B Hayes Presidential center literally right across the street from me. It's amazing that I never even considered the terrific resource I had not 50 steps from my front door. So instead of going right to bed as soon as I got home from working the night shift, I put on my shoes and walked a mile and a half. It was wonderful. I think I'll be doing this every day.
